[1] In the event of operation of the provisions of Article 45 [1] [a] and [b] and Article 45 [2] [n], then the Terminating Party shall be entitled to abandon the Project in which case the Parties agree that they shall have no claims of whatsoever nature against each other in respect of the Project and this Agreement.
